Accessibility at Trust Systems
Our aim is to make Trust Systems usable by people with a broad range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies.
Our approach
We design and improve the public website and platform using accessibility practices informed by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. Our priorities include semantic page structure, sufficient color contrast, keyboard access, clear labels and errors, visible focus indicators, responsive layouts, and support for reduced-motion preferences. This is a target, not a statement that the website has already passed a WCAG 2.2 AA audit.
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. As the website and Control Center evolve, we review and address usability barriers through testing and user feedback. Some third-party experiences, embedded content or integrations may be outside our direct control.
Need assistance or found a barrier?
Please email cmckay@trustsystems.ai with the page or feature involved, your device or assistive technology if you wish to share it, and a description of the difficulty. We will review the concern and work to provide an accessible alternative where feasible. You do not need to disclose a disability or medical diagnosis to request assistance.
Statement maintenance
We will update this statement as testing is completed and supported accessibility features change. Before release, record the most recent independent or internal accessibility testing date and a contact process for reported issues.
