Who we are

Information we collect

Authorized business accounts may store operational information such as leads, website change requests, reviews, evidence, workflow history, and user permissions, depending on the services enabled. Our systems also record technical and security information, including timestamps, approximate device/browser information, IP addresses, page requests, authentication attempts, and platform activity.

How we obtain information

Information comes from you or your company; from forms and interactions with our services; from automated technical logs; and, when your organization separately authorizes an integration, from connected business tools or public business information relevant to that service. An integration should not be described as connected until it is actually configured and authorized.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, assess website needs, establish and administer accounts, deliver contracted services, create and maintain business profiles and websites, operate approved functionality, support requests, improve usability, measure marketing performance, prevent abuse, preserve audit records, comply with law, and communicate service-related information. We use personal information for marketing communications only as permitted by applicable law and your choices.

Analytics, cookies and similar technologies

The public Trust Systems website is planned to use Google Analytics 4 to understand website use and measure actions such as completed inquiries or started onboarding flows. Depending on configuration, analytics technologies may use browser identifiers, cookies, or similar signals. We will provide required notices and controls and respect applicable consent requirements. Account authentication and security features may require essential session cookies. We do not send free-text contact forms, passwords, phone numbers, or email addresses to Google Analytics as analytics-event parameters.

When we disclose information

We may share the minimum information necessary with service providers assisting with hosting, infrastructure, email delivery, analytics, support, security or billing, under appropriate contractual and technical controls. Our platform currently uses Cloudflare infrastructure; the public website’s selected analytics provider is Google Analytics. Email-delivery and payment providers will be identified as they are enabled. We may disclose information when legally required, to address security or abuse, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction subject to applicable safeguards. We do not authorize one customer to access another customer’s private business records.

Business customers and their records

For information that a business customer uploads or connects within its organization, that business ordinarily controls the purpose of processing, while Trust Systems processes the information to deliver the contracted service, subject to the agreement and applicable law. Business customers are responsible for their own notices, lawful collection, and permissions relating to their customers’ data. Requests about information held by a contractor customer may need to be directed to that contractor first.

Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect the platform, including encrypted connections, authentication controls, role-based permissions, tenant-level access enforcement, security monitoring and audit trails. No electronic service is entirely free of risk. Our Security page describes confirmed safeguards at a high level.

Retention

We keep information for periods appropriate to providing services, meeting legal and accounting obligations, detecting abuse, preserving necessary records and resolving disputes. Specific retention and deletion periods for the platform, including audit records, must be documented and approved before public launch. When legally required and technically feasible, we delete or de-identify information no longer needed, subject to backup cycles and legitimate retention requirements. Owner/legal review required: insert the approved, accurate retention schedule or link to a completed retention schedule before publication.

Your privacy choices and rights

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, to ask questions about its use, or to exercise applicable privacy rights. Requests are evaluated under applicable law, identity verification, and contractual responsibilities. You can adjust browser controls for optional cookies, although blocking necessary cookies may affect login functionality. Marketing emails, if offered, will include legally required opt-out mechanisms.

Children

Our services are intended for business professionals and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly design the public website to solicit personal information from children.
