When do I own my website?
After the initial 24-month term is completed and required balances are paid, ownership of the website transfers to your business, subject to the agreement. Trust Systems platform software, AI systems and proprietary technology remain licensed rather than automatically transferring.
What are the cancellation terms?
You can cancel any time before you approve your website for launch. The $1,999 launch fee is non-refundable. Once you approve launch, the agreement is firm for 24 months and cannot be cancelled.
