These terms explain the basic rules for using the Trust Systems public website and online platform. A signed website or services agreement governs purchases, deliverables, billing, and ownership.

Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using the Trust Systems website, you agree to use it lawfully and comply with these Terms of Use. The platform and business services are designed for adults acting for themselves or with authority on behalf of a business. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

About Trust Systems

Trust Systems provides managed websites and optional connected business software and services for contractors and service businesses. The website contains descriptions of service capabilities and commercial offers. Feature availability, integration support and deliverable scope depend on the specific agreement, plan and technical configuration.

Website offer and ownership path

The advertised website program is $1,999 for launch plus $299 per month for managed website services, with a 24-month initial agreement. After completion of the initial term and payment of all required amounts, ownership of the agreed website deliverables transfers to the client as defined by the signed agreement. Proprietary Trust Systems software, platform systems, AI technology, automations, reusable frameworks, templates, licensed third-party materials and underlying intellectual property are not automatically included in the ownership transfer. The signed services agreement must specify transferable files, deliverables, domain responsibilities, post-term hosting/support options and handoff procedure.

Contract terms control

A price summary or description on this website is not a substitute for a written contract. The signed agreement and any signed order form govern purchase terms, included website pages, revision rounds, maintenance scope, billing, payment dates, cancellation/termination conditions, refunds if any, warranties, responsibility for third-party fees, and disputes. Do not add cancellation, auto-renewal, late-fee, or refund obligations on this page that have not been approved and included in the signed contract. If these Terms conflict with a signed services agreement about purchased services, that agreement controls for those services.

Account security and authorized use

Account holders must provide reasonably accurate information, protect their credentials, and promptly tell Trust Systems about suspected unauthorized access. Account permissions are limited to authorized users of their own business organization. You must not attempt to access another business’s data, interfere with the service, evade security controls, reverse engineer protected systems where prohibited by law, submit malicious code, or misuse automated interfaces.

Your materials and permissions

You retain rights to your legitimate business materials, logos, approved photographs, and content, subject to applicable rights of third parties. You represent that you have permission to provide materials for the uses requested. You grant Trust Systems the limited rights necessary to host, process, display, edit and use the materials to provide the agreed services. You are responsible for ensuring business information, claims, licensing, service details and customer testimonials you approve are truthful and lawfully used.

Trust Systems materials

Except for deliverables expressly transferred in a signed agreement, Trust Systems and its licensors retain rights to their software, designs, technology, documentation, methods, trademarks and platform components. Access to the platform is a limited right to use the contracted service, not a sale of underlying technology.

Third-party services and automation

Optional modules may use third-party providers, software, AI systems and business integrations. Their availability and terms may differ. Automated outputs and recommendations may be incomplete or incorrect; customers should review important operational, marketing, legal, financial or customer-facing actions. Trust Systems does not represent that any particular business result, lead volume, search ranking, AI mention, or revenue outcome is guaranteed.

Website content and changes

We aim to keep website information accurate, but examples, services and platform descriptions may change. Any conceptual demo must be labeled as such. We may update this site or these Terms, with appropriate notice when material changes affect users’ rights.

Service interruptions and risk

Online services depend on infrastructure, networks and third parties, and may sometimes be unavailable. Specific uptime commitments, remedies and liability limits, if applicable, belong in the signed services agreement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. Have counsel finalize any enforceable warranty, limitation-of-liability, indemnity, venue and dispute-resolution provisions before production publication; none are invented here.
